Smokefree Innotec, Inc.: Smokefree Innotec Names Marketing Director for North America

Nashville, TN, May 11, 2009 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX) -- Smokefree Innotec, Inc. (symbol: Pink Sheets - SFIO), announced today that it has appointed Bill Whalen as VP of Marketing and Sales for North America. Thomas Schroepfer, President of Smokefree Innotec, stated that, "With Bill Whalen coming on board, the Company adds a wealth of experience and knowledge from a veteran of the cigarette industry, who has recently been very active exploring and marketing alternative smoking products." Mr. Schroepfer continued, "Bill Whalen will focus on the Americas whereas VP Manfred Bogaert will concentrate on the launch of our unique smoke-free cigarette-like product in Europe."
Mr. Whalen, 36, is an alumnus of the Entrepreneurial Management program - The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, as well as Widener University and Centro Bilingue in Cuernavaca, Mexico.
