Is it better to transfer to another company to have a greater salary
I was wondering that if I will transfer to company every after of one or two years of service it will increase my salary, or even to have a higher job position.
Does anyone who can tell me if it

Personally, I believe that it's important to follow what you believe will make you happiest, not where all the money is. If you think this new company would make you happier, go with that, but otherwise stick with the current one—basically it takes a whole heck of a lot of money to make up for a job that you hate.
