How to disable certain features in BIOS?

I'm thinking of starting a computer business, but I would like to know if/how it is possible to disable certain features in the BIOS, just like OEM's do. This is simply to prevent people from tampering with settings such as voltages and frequencies, which as you know if set incorrectly can cause irreversible damage to the computer.
