News on Consulting Agreement, is the first step to both companies looking at the works of a possible merger.. The have only been talking and working together for about a week and a half, and a lot of things are going on that you can't see here.

1) MJNA is only one of several companies that is talking to HESG about teaming up..

2) The industry in a whole as well as HESG is getting calls from all over.. City's and State governments as well as radio and TV stations about information and interview about streamlining the thought and theory
