US Markets DOW,S&P and Nasdaq retreated

The DOW,S&P and Nasdaq retreated after retail sales numbers in the US did not match the expected numbers, and imported goods number climbed. Tom Wirth, senior investment officer for Chemung Canal Trust Co., said:
