Proton Laboratories Signs $18,500,000 Advertising Deal

Pursuant to the Agreement, the Company (PLBI) will issue 300,000,000 of its common shares to the Regenobody shareholders, which will result in the shareholders of Regenobody acquiring shareholder control of Proton Laboratories, Inc.
