Cool European stocks on bright side

Start of the week, the Ftse ,the Dax and the Cac and other stocks in Europe closed on a bright side. Shares rose as miners supported by strong metals. Joshua Raymond, market strategist at City Index said: "We're now getting to the point where people are saying we have had some terrific gains and maybe we have come a little bit too far too soon and we could see some consolidation."
Britain's top share index FTSE ended up higher as a stronger Vodafone outpaced falls in banking stocks. Jimmy Yates, head of equities at CMC Markets said: "Leading shares have traded sideways after an initial buoyant start. We will see more of the same lacklustre trading as we head into this slightly shorter week for UK markets ahead of the Easter break."
The FTSE,the Germany's DAX and France's CAC were up between 0.1 to 0.6 percent
