Pending Home Sales Index:
U.S. Pending Home Sales Index rose by 6.3% in December according to the National Association for Realtors.

Ford Motor Company January sales data:
January Light Vehicle Sales 90,131 versus 155,753; January SUV Sales 7,283 versus 15,398, down 52.7%; January Crossover Utility Vehicle Sales 20,147, down 32.1%; January total Sales Down 42.1%; January F-Series Sales 25,237 versus 41,125, Down 38.6%; January Ford Brand Sales 79,322 versus 131,074, Down 39.5%; January Fusion Sales 8,152 versus 9,183, Down 11.2%; U.S. Industry Retail Sales Down 30% in January; Most of Industry Decline in January is Fleet Sales; Lowered Car, Truck Inventory by 27% in 2008; January U.S. Sales Down 39%; Industry Sales may hit Decades Low and Ford January Volvo Sales 2,910 versus 8,036.
