Marketing Strategy! pls advice

Hi. I'm new here and I hope I have posted in the right forum, I just want to get more idea from business people here how effective is their online marketing scheme. I have an online business, I developed my own own website and i want to know if its practical to use an live customer service support in my marketing through the web. live247support.com for
instance. Its a live chat software company that offers chat support. I've learned that it improved the ROI a common friend's business that made me more curious. There was also I blog I was recommended about:
