Student Credit Cards

Hai,

I am Lopez.

There are so many other things to 'worry' about when you are studying in further education. The last thing should be about your finances. With many of these student credit card offers there is the opportunity for you to take advantage of the great introductory offers of 0% on purchases or even if you have a balance on another credit card, a 0% balance transfer offer.

If you are a student, you might want to consider starting to build your credit record as soon as possible, as this can take a few years. If you have a good credit record when you graduate, you will find it easier to get approved for a car loan or a mortgage later on. You might also desire the convenience, flexibility and bonus rewards that many credit card companies offer to students while they are still in school.

Very nice information Lopez,
I agree with you totally. Also for the students who are teenagers and not eligible for card legally. they can use prepaid cards which has no such restriction and they can learn how to manage the account and improve sending habits

Just be careful when taking out a student credit card- I know someone who took one out and didn't really understand the terms and condition's of this card and they were paying copious amount of interest!
in the end she ended up getting into more debt then she ever expected and had to go and speak to a debt advisor! They helped her in the end but it was a situation that she never should have got herself into.

ITCC’s Certificate in Frontline Management (BSB40807) is one of the most versatile in regards to unit choice and application to the workplace. It reflects the role of individuals who take the first line of management in a wide range of organisational and industry contexts.
