in the sector of real estate there are some pockets which able to post the returns of more than 5 times in last 4 years .

I bought a 2-family house in upstate NY a little over a year ago, and it's gone pretty well so far. I'm able to have positive cash flow since the rents cover all the expenses. I have had a few difficulties with the tenants, but my property managers dealt with them. I would like to buy another property soon, and hopefully build a real estate investing business as I continue to accumulate more properties.

While investing in the stock market is much easier, real estate can be much more rewarding over the long term. I am into both, so I only time will tell which is more profitable.
