The qualification process normally takes only a few days and involves a verification of deposits and a background check. Once qualified, clients will receive an offering package directly from the Private Placement Program comprising past performance data for the traders, an offering memorandum, a subscription agreement, disclosure documents, licensing and regulatory information for the Private Placement Platform and its principals. The offering documents allow qualified clients to conduct due-diligence and review past performance information to determine which program, if any, may best suit their needs and interests.
Conference call usually within 24 - 48 hours after we receive complete compliance package of passport copy, POF and CIS. All questions will be answered at that time.
