Im wanting to know the best way to get into the real estate field either being an agent or an appraiser. If anyone can point me in the right direction i would appreciate it.

I am new here , so hello everyone.
I had my friend falling in this position too and he was advised to go for the agent method, this is because it has better profit and more information on the real estate, i dont know in details cause i wasnt in his position.

The need is still there, for people who have good credit and need the bank to loan the bank needs an appraisal first. The banks still want an appraisal or BPO before they consider a short sale.
