Social interaction forums -
It's a pretty easy way to make an infinite return on investment. Find a few social interaction forums/discussion boards and recruit people for your board.
Offer incentives for them to recruit others. These incentives don't even have to be monetary. Things like offering to add an arcade when the forum reaches 50 members, etc. One good idea is to add the arcade, and e-prizes/e-gifts(nice cars, gifts, etc). There are plenty of money/credit systems out there for discussion boards that would allow this. Then you can use fake money as incentive for traffic that results in real money by adding cpm and cpc ads to your site.
There are plenty of free discussion boards out there and domains are dirt cheap. Here's an example of one that I started:
Mind you this isn't a free board, and I do have about $300 invested in this board, out of pocket. But after only seven months it has an estimated worth of over $3,000 based on potential ad revenue if there were ads on the site!
This is especially a great way to make money for stay at home parents and even teenagers to college students. For anybody that doesn't mind surfing the web and socializing and doesn't have time to get out and get a job, this can be a great way to start bringing in passive income, and once you do it, it gets easier and easier to do over and over again.
