H&R Block to declassify board

stock symbol - HRB

Big news has come out of H&R block to declassify it's board as a result of a proxy battle. A big time investor of the company, Richard Breeden, reported that it's board has voted on requiring an election annually rather than every three years.

This has been done to help shareholders when bad management has taken over and needs to be replaced. H&R block share have fallen over this 52 week period and the tax service giant may be heading back up soon because of this...

Just something to think about, could be a good investment, just thought I would share this news.
