RainEarth Inc.'s Disposable Blood Dialysis Machine Included in the List of Beijing Independent & Innovative Products

(OTC Bulletin Board: RNER; "the Company"), which recently changed its name from Gold Rock Resources Inc., has announced that its contractual partner in China, Beijing RainEarth Technology Co. Ltd., ("China RainEarth") has had its disposable blood dialysis included in the third, and most recent, installment of Beijing Independent & Innovative Products.

In May 2009, Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission (BMSTC) recognized a need to encourage innovation and development for local companies in Beijing Zhongguancun, considered the Beijing Silicon Valley of research and development. BMSTC, together with Municipal Development and Reform Commission, Municipal Housing, Urban and Rural Development Committee, Municipal Economic and Information Technology Commission and Zhongguancun Administration Committee, had announced a list of products each with its own advanced technology intellectual property. It is a great honor that China RainEarth's disposable blood dialysis has been included along with the products of some other well-known companies such as Lenovo, Beijing Stone, Founder Technology Group and Beijing SL Pharmaceutical.

The program started in 2007, with this list being the third installment. The program is aimed at encouraging public investment in products demonstrating technical advances and having their own intellectual rights in Beijing, especially companies in the Beijing Silicon Valley. The list of recognized products covers IT, biomedical, new materials, energy saving, environment protection, cultural creativeness, etc, all of which are highly innovative and technically advanced. Recognized products will be placed as high priorities on the government's purchasing plan. Products included in the previous two installments have been purchased by the government for a total amount of roughly USD$ 320 million.

RainEarth Signs Purchase Agreement with XiangFan Municipal No.1 People's Hospital

Buzz up! Print BEIJING, June 4 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- RainEarth Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: RNER; "the Company"), announced today that its contractual partner in China, Beijing RainEarth Technology Co. Ltd., ("China RainEarth"), and XiangFan Municipal No.1 People's Hospital, entered into a Purchase Agreement (the "Agreement") for an amount of RMB1,800,000 (approximately $263,500) for its blood dialyzers.

China RainEarth has been contracted to manufacture and deliver 30,000 dialyzers for medical use at XiangFan Municipal No.1 People's Hospital. These high quality blood dialyzers will be delivered in early July, 2009. Each dialyzer costs approximately RMB60.00 (approximately $8.75), equaling the total contract value of RMB1,800,000 (approximately $263,500).

XiangFan Municipal No.1 People's Hospital was founded in 1949. It has approximately 1050 beds and is one of China's 700 Rank A Level 3 national hospitals. "We are very pleased that XiangFan Municipal No.1 People's First Hospital recognizes the high quality of blood dialyzers manufactured by China RainEarth. We recognize there is a very large market for our blood dialyzers, therefore our goal is to reach the other Rank A Level 3 national hospitals in China. Reaching these other hospitals would amount to approximately $103,000,000RMB (approximately $15,000,000USD) in revenue," stated Zhu, YongFu, CEO of the Company.

RainEarth Applies for Patent for Second Generation Blood Dialysis Equipment

Buzz up! Print BEIJING, June 9 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- RainEarth Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: RNER; "the Company"), announced today that its contractual partner in China, Beijing RainEarth Technology Co. Ltd., ("China RainEarth"), has submitted a patent application for its second generation of blood dialysis.

This second generation blood dialysis has several new features and advantages. These include: a lower broken membrane rate, a higher gap rate, enhanced biological compatibility for the hollow fiber membrane, and an increased dialysis rate.

China RainEarth has applied for patents in a variety of areas with the State Intellectual Property Office of P.R.C (SIPO) including:


-- Scale manufacture method for hollow fiber membranes
-- Quick drying equipment for hollow fiber membranes
-- Device for adjusting dry spinning range in hollow fiber membrane that
includes dry-wet spinning and control condensation bath process
concentration control
-- Synthetic hollow fiber membrane continuous spinning device
-- Hollow fiber membrane porous spinneret component
-- Hollow fiber tube-in-orifice spinneret

In May 2009, the China State Council passed new regulations not only to speed up the development of the biological industry in China but also to enhance bio-tech patent protection. Products with intellectual rights, once reviewed and approved, will be included in the national Medical Plan catalog.
