Can you sue a bankrupt company?
I was wondering if anyone had law experience that could answer this question. I am trying to find out about about suing a bankrupt company in a class action lawsuit. For example, a company called Sunrocket went out of business and from what I've been hearing about on other forums, they may have no money left and have gone bankrupt.
I was hoping someone could answer this question, it's kind of confusing. If there is no money left to take, I think it would be fair enough to say that criminal actions could be taken against the company and it's owners. |

Re:
The attorney or law firm must be experienced in litigating on behalf of motorcycle accident victims and have the resources, willingness and ability to take the case to trial if necessary.
