(OTCBB: MBST - News), a developer of coin-operated karaoke vending machines, announced today that the company has entered into advanced negotiations with a leading distributor of coin-operated products, as the company's entertainment vending machine has advanced to the final testing stage.

Negotiations are focused on a plan to begin marketing and distributing the Karaoke vending machines. The entertainment units are expected to reach the consumer market in 2010.
