Are there any proven ways to build body muscles?
It is so irritating to wait for a long time to build up your body muscles. I have really tried a lot and even very hard but have been unsuccessful to build my muscles. Please tell me, are there any proven ways to develop body muscles? Please reply I am waiting for your replies.

I can understand you; it really becomes irritable not to get the perfect body build up even after doing a lot of work out for it. Few months ago I also had the same issue, but later on I got an online service that was good enough to help me get better results for my muscles. offered proven ways to get a good body built up in less days comparatively to the previous exertion. you need to increase your proteins. And increase your calorie. That is how you built muscle

You need a good diet, a good workout program and plenty of rest. You don't need any supplements to build muscle unless you have no time at all. Just eat a lot of good calories and 40% carbs, 30% protein and 30% fats. Don't be fooled by supplements as it doesn't mean you will suddenly build muscle. Sort out the 3 things I mentioned at the start and you will build muscle. Then when you struggle to build muscle, try supplements but it's worth going to a company well known so you get a good product such as PhD, Reflex, LA muscle, multipower etc.
