I've Just recently discovered this site which is a strict selection of PTC sites. They were selected by these basic criterias:

-must be alertpay or/and paypal verified
-not being on any red flag list
-the admin were open for a conversation about his/her own program
-longevity
-well established payplan and frequent links to click on

The good thing that its not just a collection of PTC programs but has a great downline builder for all of those and marketing resources (links, splash pages etc.) to efficiently refer people under you.

I hope that you all will find this site useful. I've been waiting long for something like this to show up!
