TCLS or "The Cash Leveraging System" is one level only. It's a one-time join-in of $25, good for 6 months, and pays down 5 LEVELS. This is the most popular, simple, and probably one of the most affordable cash-gifting programs I know of. Being a college student you learn to count every dollar sometimes.

I know of 15-85 year olds that have joined TCLS. Search it on google or youtube to get an idea.
