Affiliate marketing is only one of many successful money making ideas online. I have been quite successful with couple of them. I make good revenue with and ebay. Paid surveys to bring some income to me. I have this belief that Google adsense is the best thing happened to date.

Casinos are pretty dangerous as you can loose control and loose a lot of money, i don't recommend those.

there are another source where you can make money online and that is google adsense, just place google ads at your site and when visitors clicks those ads, google will pay you against those clicks.

Well, right now would be the right time to get started. You can make a decent amount of money from a website depending on what you have to offer. You could first start with deciding what the content of your site will contain. Next find a web host that will suit your needs. ( I can share info on the one I use) Your initial investment would be to invest your time in building a plan and educating yourself in the proper ways to build a website.
