Raymond Tsang joins as Director of China Operations for Zentric.Inc
 

As previously announced, Zentric has entered into a joint venture agreement to build and operate a battery manufacturing facility on approximately 7.4 acres of land provided by the joint venture partners. The Company is currently in the process of planning and designing the facility, which is to be constructed in mid-2011.

Further more, Zentric. Inc recently announced the appointment of Raymond Tsang as Director of China Operations. In this newly created position he will oversee the setup and construction of the previously announced battery manufacturing plant, build management and operations teams with the Joint Venture partners, oversee sales and marketing in China as well as assist in financing efforts.
